Participants will need to qualify through a detailed application and interview process by July 2011.  At this time we are taking names of interested participants.  If you fit one of the criteria, please complete the form below and indicate which study you wish to participate in.

CLINICAL RESEARCH STUDY #1:

Males & Females ages 18 to 70 with physician diagnosed Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  Participants must be local to Okotoks, AB or be willing to travel to Okotoks, AB at their own expense for the treament process.

CLINICAL RESEARCH STUDY #2:

Males & Females ages 25 to 75 with chronic pain related to a motor vehicle accident sustained prior to 01-Jan-10.  Participants must be local to Okotoks, AB or be willing to travel to Okotoks, AB at their own expense for the treament process.
