Dr. John Nelson was the 159th President of the American Medical Association (AMA) from June 2004 – 05. He has practiced as an OB/GYN in Salt Lake City, UT for most of his career. CLICK HERE for a more extensive insight into Dr. Nelson’s biography.
Dr. Nelson has publicly shared his own personal story (see link below) about MaxGXL and how he believes it accererated his recovery and healing after kidney blockage and subsequent bladder surgery to remove a tumour mass which had inflitrated the wall of his bladder. He is clear in saying that his surgery was done in good faith, his prescription medication was also taken in good faith, however the problem was not solved as he still experienced agonizing pain. He started taking MaxGXL and he got pain relief and started feeling better… and for that he is grateful. While he shares a theory as to what occurred in his own body, he recognizes that his story is anecdotal — meaning, there is no guarantee that MaxGXL will have the same result on another patient with the same pathology.
He also comments on Dr. Keller, his research and studies, and three things that Max International is doing that will revolutionize the nutriceutical industry:
- Patients in studies are put before an Insititutional Review Board (IRB). This ensures that the studies are ethical, appropriate, scientfically valid and that they fully disclose all details to the participants (ie: truth in advertising). The IRB has never been done in the nutriceutical industry.
- The study samples are split and half are sent to an independent lab to verify that all data is controlled.
- Validate and standardize the amount of Cordyceps in the product. Cordyceps is one of the key ingredients in MaxGXL and because it is a naturally occuring substance (herb), there are potential variences in potency from batch to batch. In the case of MaxGXL, Max International regulates & validates to ensure that the herbs used (Cordyceps) are identical in each batch of MaxGXL.
He further cautions putting the cart before the horse by suggesting that MaxGXL is all things for all people based on antecdotal stories instead of bonafide studies.
