Is it best to work out before or after my treatment?
It is best to complete any scheduled strenuous workouts prior to your session to achieve optimal results. If this is not possible with your athletic training schedule, be sure to discuss this detail prior to treatment so that the session can be modified so as not to impede your performance later.
How close can my treatment be to my competition day?
INTEGRATIVE HEALING: This is best decided after a couple of treatments so that you know how your body responds to each modality. If you are in a health crisis and in close proximity to a competition day, then special circumstances may apply. Discuss your situationbefore the treatment so that it can be modified to suit your needs.
BODYTALK ENERGY MEDICINE: Since BodyTalk is a “Do no harm” technique, it can be initiated anytime, even moments before you compete. If your body has no BodyTalk priority, the session will not occur.
